Before signing up, please note:

• You will be signing up based upon the information contained in your Deed.  You can also sign up using the name and address as listed on past correspondence from Talis.

• Please allow 3-4 weeks after your closing before signing up

• If there is only one person on the deed, then only that person can sign up

• If you have an address number and a unit number, type it as 8033-101 and then the street name, be sure to leave out endings of Lane, Street, Court, Place, etc

• Very Important:  Some communities opted out of the website.  Listed here

• Your username and password from the old Talis site is no longer valid.  You must set up a new account.

• The "access code" found in your coupon book or statement is not the sign-in name or password.  The access code is only for paying online.
