Accounting Department
The assessments generated by your Association are deposited directly into the Association’s bank account. Each Association maintains a separate account, to avoid co-mingling of funds. The Accounts Receivable Department is charged with the duty of collecting the assessments from each member when due or begin the processes to ensure collections from delinquent homeowners. Collecting the assessments ensures that each Association’s obligations may be met in a timely manner.

The Accounts Payable Department at Talis disperses your Association funds to pay the monthly obligations previously approved by your Board of Directors. In addition to the operating account, your Association also maintains Reserve Accounts so that funds are available when Capital expense items must be addressed in out years.

Community Managers 
He or she implements the decisions of the Board of Directors, attends Board meetings, oversees association contractors, inspects the community common areas and does drive-by inspections of the homes, along with many other activities. Click here to meet our Community Managers.

Community Service Administrators
It is with delight that we share information about your Community Service Administrators. You may be more familiar with the title “Administrative Assistant.” We have expanded on that title because of the diverseness of the duties these staff undertake. They have also been referred to as the manager’s right hand in that they work closely to ensure the homeowners’ requests are handled in a timely manner.
